Just left our first in person meeting with Jeremy and could not be more impressed. Before the meeting, Jeremy and his staff (shout out to Catherine) were very communicative and helpful. My husband and I are new to town and have a growing family. Jeremy was patient and walked us through various options for now and the future. If you are looking for quality people, doing quality work, please do yourself a favor and talk to Jeremy and his staff. Side Note: Just as impressive as the staff is the pricing. In certain areas, we were able to double coverage while spending nearly the same price as nationwide insurance companies.

If I could give 0 ⭐️, I would. Earlier this year, I had to change insurance carriers because my premium jumped from about $250 to nearly $600 per month after an accident and a speeding ticket. Thankfully, I found another company for less than what I was originally paying. Here’s where the real problem came in: due to the Easter holiday, my new insurance policy couldn’t start until April 21. I specifically asked Farm Bureau to extend my old policy until that date so I wouldn’t have a lapse in coverage. I followed up multiple times by email (see proof attached), and not once did anyone mention that I would owe a small payment for those two extra days. I absolutely would have paid it if I’d known. While very polite at this office, the company itself has been nothing but headaches for the last couple months. The issues started when they changed their payment processor. Got a letter stating such, so I went ahead and made sure my card was updated in the new system. My auto payments, which I verified after the switch, weren't being pulled so I got a letter threatening with my coverage being cancelled. Ok, fine, we got that sorted. But then there was a fee added for credit card autopay. Ok, I'm leaving. After calling not once, not twice, but three times, I finally spoke with someone who could do something. I’ve had a good experience. My agents name is Allan. He responds in a timely manner any time I have a questions. He sat down with us and explained all of our policies. We currently have home, auto and life with farm bureau. They made the transfer of our insurance easy and worked with our schedule for our life insurance procedures.
