ALLCHOICE Insurance

If I could give 0 stars I would! My husband’s car was hit in his school parking lot, the kid that hit his car has this insurance and it have been an absolute nightmare trying to get ahold of an agent. Took over an hour of calling to finally file the claim ( something the other party should of done but I’ll move past that ) now Every time we call we’re constantly getting passed around automated systems and never speaking to an actual human. We have not been contacted with the 24 hours like they guaranteed, we have let voice mails. I can guarantee that I will be letting everyone I know how displeased I am with this company. So originally I gave this post 1 ⭐️ but after posting my review an agent of this branch reached out and help my husband get in touch with the agent that was in charge of

Heather is our main go to agent at all choice! I have always used her and I love how fast and efficient she is. I’ve never had a bad experience and I will continue using all choice for my insurance!!

I had a tree limb fall and damage my jeep’s hood. Turning in the claim was painless. Claims service was spectacular. All Choice and claims kept in touch and made sure the body shop completed the repair quickly and appropriately. I give All Choice straight As.
