Frustrating Experience After 20+ Years with Allstate But Anne resolved quickly. 5+ starts for Anne, but processes at office can be a little off as I was not informed of the cancellation of my home owner's policy until being told I needed an overnight check (for a home closing 2.5 months prior) or it would be canceled. Anne did Herculean efforts to get everything back on track. Connecting with my mortgage company and even capturing an issue with the home insurance from the prior home we sold. Anne was great! But I am unimpressed with the rest of the office that never informed me of issues (supposedly lost/never cashed check by closing company) until it was critical. Furthermore, the call from another office representative telling of the issue was not handled with any form of tact or empa

If I could give zero stars I would. Waste of time trying to reach Chris Just. He doesn't speak to anyone, WE write the police one of his agents stated.

Chris Just agency has done a wonderful job for. They have treated us with respect and handled our claims very professionally. I will recommend them and have to family members and friends. Their staff is wonderful especially Ann she is the best.

I have been a client for many many years and every time I have had a need, the customer service has been exceptional. I am most thankful for the help and advice I received when my 3 teenage boys all became new drivers on my policy at the same time. They helped me choose coverage that did not completely break the bank, but also gave me the peace of mine that we were covered, if something were to happen.

After, comparing rates and services of all insurance companies, Allstate had the best. After, calling agencies, a pleasant lady at the Chris Just office in Greensboro assisted me with my insurance needs. She was informative with a sense of humor. Even though, she no longer works there; her replacement is as informative and helpful as she was, concerning my insurance needs. ( That was around 10 years ago). I am still a loyal customer. The reasonable rates, ( I have reviewed others!) ; and the customer care is exceptional; ( emails answered in or less than 24 hours), is a plus. I am very frugal and l would like all "the bang for the buck", which you will get at the Chris Just, Allstate Insurance Branch in Greensboro, NC. Currently a customer; 40 miles away from Greensboro, NC.
