Ive had insurance through this company for 5 years, ever since I bought my house. I get a letter in the mail saying they're dropping me with little reason. The letter said to come to the office for details. I spoke with David Baker, and he thought it necessary to call my house run-down multiple time with zero explanation outside of dirty gutters. I had knee surgery 8 months ago and was physically unable to climb a ladder. He had a picture of my house pulled up on his screen, and I continually asked him what was "run down" about my house. He would not answer. He ultimately claimed he would come by to reevaluate. A week later, (today) I called to ask about the reevaluation, and he said hes not going to work with me and hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional insurance agent I've ever
