The best !!!! Always available!!! And I have live people to talk to about ALL my insurance needs !!! I have bundled EVERYTHING with Katy and State Farm . I was so impressed ... I bought stock in the company !!!
I love using Katy England State Farm. They are personable and their life insurance is great. They feel like family.
So I gave Katy's office a chance again. I am so happy I did! They are super helpful and explained things to me in such a way that it made my purchasing experience so delightful! If you are looking for auto or renters insurance give them a call!!!
I am not sure who the women is that I spoke with. It was not Katy. This women is super rude! She assumes she knows what my question is going to be! She interrupted me several times before I could even ask and acted as if my phone call was a nuisance to her! I will not be purchasing from this office! She didn't even bother to ask me anything about me so she could help me further. If you got enough business to treat people the way this women did, I'll take mine elsewhere.
