They don't answer the phone or return calls. I called several times and left messages regarding my title and when to expect it since It's been over a month since I made the last payment. Shady and unprofessional. 11.3.2018 This edit and 3 star increase is due to an above and beyond gesture made by Veronica at Nauta. My bank didn't disclose that I needed to purchase the next years sticker to receive my registration after the car loan was paid off. Veronica insisted the bank cover these charges and they did. This cost could've been easily been past on which I would've paid but I would've been very salty about. I'm very happy and much more confident about Nauta to act ethically and provide great customer service.

Receptionist lety was rude she make me feel not welcomed. Definitely I don’t recommend this placed
