Vicky is absolutely incredible in her role. Awesome customer service. She is truly a lifesaver. 100% recommend her for any policy needs. You guys need to promote her or give her a raise. My phone had a problem with sound and she overcame every obstacle. Changed my view on insurance agents for sure.
