Excellent experience with State Farm. Isabelle and Publio provide outstanding customer service, they go above and beyond every time- they are very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They truly care about their clients, and that’s why I will never change!

I had a problem with my apartment building's management accepting the State Farm policy I have in effect for my unit. They enrolled me in a plan selected by them at $30/month in addition to my State Farm policy. I contacted the Tim Vinson agency and Kelly immediately began work to correct the situation. It took extra effort by her to finally come up with a revision worded exactly the way building management wanted it (classic case of nit-picking). Thanks to Kelly's perseverance, a State Farm policy was submitted that satisfied apartment management, who promptly removed the $30 charge for the policy they imposed from my account. This is the latest reason I'm so glad have been a Tim Vinson Agency customer for many years now!
