Nationwide Insurance: Ryan Ferraro Agency Inc

First, I will preface this review by stating that I have been a nationwide insurance customer for over 40 years, both personal and business. Up to that point, my experiences were always favorable. When this agency took over, customer service was zero. While the office staff/secretarial were responsive to phone calls, there was absolutely no follow up. Over the past three months I have attempted to cancel a policy as the business has closed. Mr. Ferrero never once returned in excess of 10 calls, never performed any of the actions he needed to do to close out my account, and I was always told that he was not available or not in the office, but could clearly hear the receptionist on the phone asking him questions thinking she had muted the phone.
