Nationwide Insurance: Robert Patrick Gillespie Agency

We wanted to switch our insurance on our home, 2 cars, a boat, 2 trailers and a business. We went to the Gillespie family insurance for a quote and after 2 weeks, we are STILL WAITING for him to call us back or contact us. He said he would give us a call in 1-2 days with a quote and never did!! So we found someone else who helped us the day we went in and we went with them. Obviously he didn’t want our business. This is not a very professional way to run a company. I’m very disappointed in this company. I would suggest anyone else looking for a new insurance company to go somewhere else rather than Nationwide Gillespie family insurance.

Terrible customer service. Dropped the ball on numerous occasions. There’s no communication between you and your agent until it’s too late. I’m very disappointed with the service received and how terrible business was handleded. Would NEVER recommend.
