Rick has been a tremendous resource of information and has even stepped in and advocated on my behalf to ensure that my interests are protected. While Rick’s team is always prompt to my inquiries, I can always reach Rick directly and he never hesitates to be straightforward, direct and honest.

They are a great advocate for you to the insurance companies, and I actually understand what I have purchased with them because they really take their time with you to explain things.
