EVERY single month they email me saying my coverage has ended and try and make me pay a “lapse fee” despite the numerous times I’ve been assured they set me up for a recurring payment. It would also make too much sense for them to email this to you in advance, NO. They will email you the day it expires so you have to drop everything and chase them down to fix their mess ups. This has been going on for at least 6 months and everytime I call(when you can miraculously get someone on the phone that is) they say they will set my card up to pay automatically, ya know like EVERY OTHER COMPANY ON EARTH. They also REFUSE to ever answer the phone. HORRIBLE insurance company. Take your business elsewhere

Been a customer here for several years. EXCELLENT customer service and coverage on my vehicles and personal property! Never had any problems at this company in all my years there. I recommend people there all the time! Keep up the good work!!!
