I have been with the Metts Insurance Agency for many years and have never had a bad experience. I recently purchased a new home and Ashley Medlin helped me find the perfect insurance that best suited my needs. Ashley went above and beyond to find me the best rate possible. Since I had been with the agency so long and had both home and auto she was able to find me a bundle that covered my new condo and vehicles that saved me money. I very much enjoyed working with her. She was professional, friendly and made my experience a great one!

Ashley was so helpful,my previous ins. was going up after a 3 years on a new home, she not only found identical coverage but with a lower deductible and lower overall pricing. She spent a couple weeks searching and gave me 3 options to look at while there was no pressure to buy. She listened to my needs and met all categories for me. Was getting great service. Then my insurance was canceled for age of home from nationwide. My agent Ashley found us another company sagasure, but a couple months later, they also canceled because they don't insurance manufacted homes. Ashley was aware & told me she was working on it. Waited several weeks. Reached out several times, but heard nothing. So I started looking for insurance myself. After many rejections for time without insurance. I did find a company that would help. I was very disappointed after so many years with Metts.
