Nationwide Insurance: Lincoln T Ware Agency

My mother in law, Linda, just purchased some property in Tennessee (we live in Florida). She left a message for Bert's office asking about a policy for property insurance but Bert never returned her call. Today we both drove up to finalize the property sale and I called Bert for her to see if we could obtain insurance. Unfortunately they do not offer a policy for the type of property we purchased, however Bert was extremely rude when I called! He said that he already talked to someone about that. I told him that she had left a message but no one returned her call. Bert proceeded to tell me that "She called up here crying about it but I can't help her!". That is completely unprofessional and down right rude! What an awful experience with Nation Wide! I will never use them!

When you are shopping for insurance be sure to call Nationwide Insurance! I have used them for about 10 years now and these ladies have never failed me! They have always answered my questions immediately and when they weren't sure they found out what I needed to know! As always... very prompt and professionals that feel like family!
