Farm Bureau Insurance of Cocke County has the best insurance agents and employees. They are always so kind and helpful. I have all my insurance policies with them. I simply could not have chosen anyone better to do business with.

Besides the cheapest rates on car and home, they actually have personal customer service like an old fashioned company. I've never met or seen an agent since the late 90s when online/phone calls took over insurance purchases. Everyone there including the agent is super friendly.

Bought a new car at 8PM on a Monday and had the coverage and necessary documentation we needed by Tuesday afternoon. Top tier customer service from Jason Martin and crew.

So I'm relatively new to the area. Been looking for a new quote on insurance as my truck isn't being used for commercial transport anymore so I want to get it cheaper.
