i definitely would NEVER EVER recommend this agency to anybody ! ever since i met kevin, he has also had a snobby attitude, cutting you off, acting like he knows it all . then dealing with his agent sue, she can be the same way, usually not always but frequently yes . i had recently been texting with sue regarding my insurance & never received a response back . the first time was on 9/17 . i had to call which was on 9/30 for me to get an actual answer for one part of my question . then on 10/1 i just decided to switch with progressive & after switching, i texted stating i was cancelling both my auto & renters insurance policy with them as i was able to go through progressive . never got a text back or a call about this . it is now the 16th & i received a bill for my renters insurance, so i

Kevin was exceptionally professional and easy to deal with! Beside saving me a considerable amount on both auto and home policies we did everything over the phone and the process couldn’t have been easier to handle. I would and have recommended Kevin to my family and friends!

This guy has been nothing but amazing with helping me get auto insurance! Highly recommended Especially if you’re struggling to find good insurance at a fair price!

Wow, the reviews on Kevin are either top or bottom. I can't speak for others, but my experience so far (only a short time) has been terrific. He significantly reduced our cost of both homeowner's and auto. He got documents to us in a timely manner and handled all our concerns. I did have to ask a lot of questions, but I believe that was/is my responsibility as we shopped around. Hopefully the good service continues for the future.

Worst insurance guy ever! After telling me he'd get my quote to me in a "few hours", I was finally able to track him down a week and a half later. After giving him my info once again, he became rude when I questioned his professionalism, screamed at me and then hung up the phone.
