Benz Associates has been absolutely wonderful to me and my family. These folks actually call you back (imagine that!), and they handle everything you need without any fuss. I tell everyone who will listen that they should have their insurance shopped through this company. If there were a way to give 100 stars, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

We have been using them for three years, and this is my experience. Unfortunately, I had to give a bad review of this company. The staff is very inefficient and needs to send multiple follow-up emails to get things done. If we include two things in the email, they will do only one thing. Additionally, they won’t explain our forthcoming of all the information which we need to Google and find out. I used chat-gpt to review my policy, and it suggested the best way to save on the policy than the team at Benz Associates. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Additionally, any calls or even a chip in the windshield will be considered a claim, and they would increase the premium next year. They wouldn’t even suggest us not to claim these as it’s very annoying how they deal with customer service.

I was treated with respect. That's rare these days. Plus the staff are friendly and helpful. Glad my friend recommended me.
