This agent is the rudest and most racist agent I have ever met. I am not sure how she calls herself a business owner. There are many good and honest agents in Leesburg, Karin Lucas isn’t one of them.
Karen has been professional and personal and also found us an insurance policy and what we needed to do to be able to get accepted.
After 20 years we filed three claims for water damage we are told that they would not renew our insurance wow
They treat me like I'm family! I've used them for my auto insurance for years!
