I was not impressed with my experience here. I contacted for an insurance quote. After calling around myself to recieve insurance quotes, I was excited to hear that they would be able to take my information and get several quotes from different companies for me! After more than a week of waiting, we only received one quote from one company for just auto insurance. I requested home, auto, and life in the hope that there would be a bundle deal. Not too impressed! We will be going with State Farm!
I switched my car, boat and homeowners insurance from Farmers to Burchell's and they made the process very easy. It was a pleasure working them. Couldn't be happier with Burchell Agency plus they are local.
