Nationwide Insurance: Amin Chagani

I've been with this agency for 15 years and since they merged/sold/whatever last year I've had so many problems. Insurance should be purchased and then not worried about again until you need it. I've been dealing with them for hours every week just to add and change policies for life, golf cart, and home -- not even a claim issue. It is ridiculous. I get different quotes, approved one day and then a week later they tell me I'm approved again -- but I thought I was approved last week? No communication, every week I have to ask the same questions again to get answers. Withdrawing money on wrong dates. I could go on and on. I don't know what their deal is right now but they need to get it together. Incompetent.
