10 months since retirement. I still have not received payement for 2024 crédit year. I've called the office 10 times and get a run from whom ever I speak with. I asked to speak with a supervisor "Angela" she has not returned my calls. It been a extermely disappointing and frustrating experience dealing with the NEBF. Its funny on there voice mail system they claim Extraordinay service. It is Extraordinay for lack of service.

ZERO stars! DO not fall for it. Our family member passed away and this company is withholding information and benefits from his widow. Expect to stay on hold for long periods of time, no call backs, and misinformation depending on who you talk to and when. The "best" is that they required a death certificate, then told us they would further advise, with nothing for 6 months- only to call and stay on hold for a great length of time (again no call backs) and then be told they did not need to provide further advice as our family member was not entitled to any benefits. Sickening what they are doing. Will be following up with the IRS as they will not provide a 1099 to his widow.

Total runaround from everyone I ever talked to. Computer is down since January!!! Never called back. Supervisor is always either on the phone, at a meeting or not in. Always. Something is wrong with NEAP.

The National Pension system for IBEW members funded by hourly contributions made by signatory contractors. This along with retirement savings in my local union funded also by hourly contributions and Social Security allows IBEW union members to retire with dignity. Everyone should have the opportunity to retire with dignity and union membership makes this possible.
