I had such a great experience working with Erica at State Farm! She helped me get both my auto insurance and life insurance set up quickly and efficiently. The entire process was smooth, and she explained my policy in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out to me was how kind and personable she was. Our conversation felt like we were old friends catching up. By the end of the call, I was telling her goodbye like we’d known each other for years; I almost forgot I had to make a payment because it felt more like a friendly chat than a business transaction lol!
