We have been with Nationwide and agent Steve Marsh at Hometown Insurance, for many years. They are always available when we need help with anything. It's great to get a human on the phone. And they are always very committed to getting us answers to our questions.

Steve Marsh is awesome! He spent quite a bit of time and effort with our insurance carrier to get our claim reclassified from Collision (which it never was), to Comprehensive. This keeps our policy rates from unfairly increasing, and saves me money. Thank you Steve; job well done!

I was looking to change insurance company for better rate and better service.Timothy Emmett was the guy that answered the phone with nationwide. He is probably one of the best people I have ever encountered. He was personable, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Not only did he process my auto insurance for four cars, he also processed my home as well as a rental property. He also processed auto insurance for my daughter. A week after completion, I found out that my former insurance agent had not canceled the insurance. I called Tim. Tim called the insurance company on a three way and stayed on the phone for almost thirty minutes until the situation was resolved, he went beyond the call of duty and I really appreciate that.
