As a valued customer for over 15 years, my overall experience with the State Farm team in Dacula has been fantastic! Every agent in the office has assisted me in some way and every time we speak (yes they answer your calls!), their expertise and customer service is outstanding. Recently, Denise helped us renew the insurance on our vehicles and made sure each policy was not only affordable but also had the coverage we needed. Last year we lost a vehicle due to a car accident. Filing some of the paperwork was confusing. We have been with Larry for over twenty years. He has always been there for us when we needed his help. Sometimes transitioning through a claim can be a cumbersome and frustrating task. We recently (several months ago) had hail damage on our home. The claim was slow and we encountered communication issues with the claims department. We called Larry and he was able to clear up the issue and place our claim back onto the right track. We couldn't be any more pleased with him and his remarkable help.

Been with them for a long time, issue was the customer service from one of the Ladies that works there. One of them is super nice but the other has always had a bad attitude constantly. I'm not the only one who says this either. Every one of my family member who had dealing with them always say they had bad customer service attitude whenever dealing with this particular person. I've lost track of the years now since I moved my auto Insurance and small business insurance to Larry Kirchner - State Farm Insurance, but it was a great move for me. Let's face it, I don't know anyone who likes paying for insurance, especially when you rarely use it, but I can appreciate that this office still operates their business with the human touch. Denise and Rose are simply great - very responsive (you can expect a call or email exactly when they promised) and they are patient. I can appreciate that - I ask lots of questions. I am the resident "Why" guy. I've seen the offers for lower rates, and in about 15 minutes I could dial up a rate to my licking on the web...but I like doing business with these folks because I get the feeling they value my small piece of business.
