I have been a policy holder with this State Farm Office for over 20 years and now have multiple lines of coverage with them. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance. Communication is clear and timely, and I always feel like my business is genuinely valued. My most recent interaction with Sharon to update my insurance with my new car was fast and easy. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant on the phone….which is not easy to come by these days. She also took the time to ask me a few questions without being overly intrusive. It’s refreshing to work with a company that prioritizes customer service and client appreciation. Great job!!!

Nancy and her team are worth more than five stars! When my husband and I reached out for a quote, her team was so helpful in explaining all the details for our home and auto policies. They never made me feel like I was asking a silly question when reviewing the policy terms. I feel very confident in understanding our home and auto coverage. Since being insured with Statefarm, we had to call their office for one house incident we had, and Nancy provided resolution same business day! Plus the Statefarm iPhone app is very easy to use.
