Laura is terrific! I called her while waiting at a vehicle title store. I needed ATV insurance immediately. PA has recently made the process of registering (obtaining a ATV title more difficult) I had to have proof of ATV insur. Laura stopped what she was doing at lunch hour, she did the research and took care of my immediate needs and emailed me the binder. I've been a 40 plus year customer of State Farm.
