Mr. Pileggi is very helpful and will go out of his way for you if needed. As for the company (Allstate), they leave a little to be desired. They don't mail bills in a timely fashion, yet expect it to reach them in good time. The company does not seem to care, but as I said, Mr. Pileggi does all he can for everyone.
