I will not say that I hated the place. I just find their system and way treating clients outdated and unprofessional. It is alright when you are paying, but when it comes to making a claim you have to jump through hoops to do so. In most instances, you have to pay upfront and then claim. It is my view that you should be able to present your card, pay your deductible, and be on your way. The amounts allowed for catastrophic illnesses are paltry when compared to other health insurance carriers. My experience with MWI has not been a good one at all. I feel that I have been hoodwinked, and trapped in a dungeon from which I can not extrapolate myself. God help me...!!! It has been a nightmare from which I cannot seem to wake up. Their network is super limited and every time I had an issue they seemed to weasel their way into not paying it. Think twice before getting them.
