I have to laugh. This place is a business? That serves ..customers? Please! I was a prospective new customer when I called in today. Mike Muterspaugh answered the phone. I requested a quote for home owner's and auto insurance. I requested an e-mail to send my 4 declaration pages to and that I would like to speak to my request if he had a moment. He said, 'No' and hung up on me. Haha. Ooook? I have two homes, auto, and motorcycle with a separate insurer. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for giving away what an experience would have been using your agency. RUDE!

If possible I would give a 0 star as a business we called to get a quote for a customer who was shopping for insurance, yes it was on Labor Day, “this guy is a liar and a fraud” did nothing but yell and say how “insurance isn’t my problem” (was on a recorded line) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

We have been with Mike for over 40 years. He has gone above and beyond to serve us and our family. We consider Mike our friend and we're so grateful that he takes such amazing care of us!!!!!!

Called to get my girlfriend a quote. Questioned me on how I got there number and told the guy I use to have there insurance a long time ago and he told me he doesn’t go through :3rd parties and hung up on me. PRICK!!!!!

Wow, all I can say it like many others, if I could leave a 0 I would. The most condescending, and hateful people I’ve ever met in this line of business! Edit: when I spoke to, I’m assuming you on the phone earlier today, you were nothing but rude and condescending to me today. I’m not a fraud or liar, I didn’t have a policy, and NEVER will because of how I was treated today, and you responding this way as an owner says a lot about your nasty business practices.
