I spoke with a representative today and she was very kind, informative, and patient. She went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my renewal. Overall excellent customer service skills. Thank you for taking your time with me I’m happy to be apart of a wonderful company.

I handle my father's bills and am authorized on his account, and during a previous hospitalization, he was able to suspend the policy so we were only paying a small fee per month to keep it in place with no lapse of coverage. I called again today to see if we could do the same, and the person I spoke to was rude. I was just trying to explain what we had done in the past, and she wouldn't let me finish. When I was able to try to explain in more detail, her attitude was just very condescending in my opinion. So in frustration I just said I would contact the Nationwide customer service and hung up. So kind and attentive and takes the time to explain things and has great attention to detail. I only chose to deal with her when I call because I know things will be done correctly.
