Allstate Agent: Mateo Andrade

Very poor customer service. I left this agency due to non responsiveness when trying to obtain a new policy (already had home, auto and LSV). Two times the “office” set up a time for a phone call, both times the agent did not have the decency to call me as scheduled. When I was finally able to speak with him because I was moving to a different agency, his excuse was he had 300 new customers. I’ve had the new agency for one week and they have had more communication with me than the two years I was with the Mateo Andrade agency.

Was waiting for a premium policy for a commercial. After 4 days waiting for, no phone calls back to them and I decided to go with someone else. They gave me the same business day when I was looking for one policy. I don’t really want to deal with them anymore.

I truly cannot thank Ian Boyce enough for taking the time to reach out to us (after a Facebook referral). We had a challenging situation and were quite flustered and upset. He answered all my questions (a lot of them!) and found a solution that worked for us!

We switched from our old insurance provider and got MORE coverage for 1/2 the price! You can't beat it. We didn't think it was possible. Mateo is great. Highly recommended!
