A to Z Insurance

We've been customers for years. Yesterday I called because our insurance company raised our rates ridiculously high. Not only did Darcel find us a MUCH lower rate with a different company, but she pointed out that our (now former) insurance company didn't even have the correct coverage. Now we'll be with a different company with better coverage and a significantly lower premium. Thanks, Darcel!!!!

I called to cancel my insurance with them. I was told to come in and bring in my new insurance card. So I take the 30 minute drive to sit in my car for another 2 hours because apparently their agent had an appointment and the other lady came out and rudely spoke to everyone that were waiting. Worse costumer service I have ever experienced and so glad will no longer have to deal with the people they have working at this place ! If you’re thinking about insuring with this place, save your trip and look for another insurance place.
