I have been a customer of Muncie Insurance for over 10 years and would recommend them to anyone shopping for insurance. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and have always gone out of their way to find the best price they can. They are friendly, responsive and have always made shopping for a new policy or making changes to an existing policy a simple process. I just made a policy change and they were able to save me $3,600 a year. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company.

I worked with Rena and she was very helpful! I received the best rate possible, which I am very thankful for. She was very prompt with her responses and following up on any additional things I needed to get my policy approved. She went above and beyond by contacting the insurance company directly to make sure everything I provided was correct.
