The whole staff is respectful. Bobby and Donyell are the absolute best and handle my account so well. They both are very knowledgeable and always answer any questions I have in a way that I can understand. If they don’t know the answer, I always get a call back after they get one. The company has completely changed In the past couple years. The old owner made sure customers were taken care of. Now, there is no customer service. They offer low introductory prices, but the price doubles or even triples after the first year, and there is no warning or notice that it is happening. You get a new bill with a new total and attitude when you call to ask about it.
