I think the guy named Russ who answered the phone thinks he's something, but someone who disrespects people because their second language is English and they have an accent isn't even human in my eyes. You have to learn to be respectful to people so that you deserve the same respect. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

my mother recently dropped by this spot to get to make some changes to her insurance. an older man named Russ did not care to work with her and stated that if she couldn't speak proper english, she should go back to her country. my mother is a U.S. citizen and passed her citizenship exam in english many years ago. this place does not deserve business from any minorities. if customer service is too difficult a concept to understand, don't open a business where you'd have to communicate with customers face to face.

Horrible service, my mother went to the store for some questions and was told by an employee to “go back to her country”. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. To my knowledge the persons name was Russ.

The guys that work here have been there for years. It can become quite busy and it takes a while to get out but when it's your turn they know their stuff. I like the service they provide. Don't get grumpy with them and they won't get grumpy with you.

Where do I start?? Have been with them for over 5 years now! Russ and Dennis are super cool and I love them dearly! Russ Thank you so much for your help over the years!!❄ Wouldn't go anywhere else.. Not to mention great prices you can't beat 🙇
