Allstate had the best price for both our auto and homeowners insurance. The quote process was easier than most I called because their systems pull in much of the information from publicly available sources, requiring little input from me. They were also the most responsive in providing quotes. The only negative was that I did not realize that the auto policy included a discount for utilizing their app (thus the 4-star rating), which monitors driving habits. The app must be used by all drivers and my husband values privacy and didn't want to use the app. Thus, I expect our rate will increase at next renewal when the discount is removed. Recently signed up with Allstate for both our vehicles and also our home. Couldn't have been happier with the folks at Nicholas Bouffard Insurance, they were very helpful in getting things set up with our new auto insurance and for the same coverage that we had with Amica, they were substantially less expensive. They were very professional with no high pressure sales, I would certainly recommend this agency for you insurance needs. Give them a shot!

Lisa R. is AMAZING !!! Our "past" insurance agent contacted us a week prior to our policy expiring and we were quoted a new policy. A bit more than the previous year but to be expected. Fine. Two days before our policy was due to expire, our agent calls and informs us that our policy was going up by 43% with no explanation as to why. WHAT ?!!! I needed coverage for a new car purchase. Haven’t been with Allstate for a minute. Glad to be home again. Yarelis was so helpful and responded quickly and even was patient when I called and changed the coverage dates a few times. lol I am sorry.
