over the years I have worked with several different insurnce companies. This one is by far the worst. Every corner I find another exlusion. Get ahead a little, exclusion.....Motiv is great if you are healthly, awful if you are sick. I miss University of Utah coverage. Definitely advocating for a different company next year with our HR department.

This a very frustrating insurance to have supplied by my employer as no provider I have come across knows who they are. Want to utilize a provider website to establish care? Sorry, Motivhealth won't be an option on the drop down menu. Need to call to establish care? Sorry, they've never heard of Motivhealth. Need to call Motivhealth for assistance in dealing with the above issues? Sorry, you need to just call around until you find a provider that has heard of them. It is beyond ridiculous to place the burden of explaining who Motivhealth is, and where they are accepted, on the customer.

MotivHealth has been incredibly helpful! I’ve never had any serious problems getting them to help with medical bills and they are always super helpful when I call them! I never have to wait in an incredibly long line to be able to talk to them- which it’s important because who has time to listen to elevator music for hours while on hold?? They have awesome incentive bonuses too, like getting $$ back for reaching 8,000 steps daily. Even when they have denied important mediations we were able to file an appeal and get it approved all within a couple of days- we didn’t have to wait weeks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My company swapped over to this insurance starting this year and I am already having issues. Never have I had issues with my LIFE SAVING medications with any other insurances (Cigna, UHC) but here we go.... my medication that i have been taking for YEARS is NOT COVERED by Motive Health. Now they say there is an "alternative". This "alternative" requires me to have a GENETIC TEST before taking it due to a risk of severe side effects(still waiting to hear if they even cover the test). This "alternative" medication ALSO has a greater chance of damaging my kidneys, liver and my bones. Needless to say, I have NEVER had to fight my insurance company to cover things, and the "alternative" to a drug that I have take for over 7 years, is a drug that can potentially do more harm TO ME and requires a

We literally just switched over ..and this horrible ! Absolutely horrible only some stuff is covered.. my therapist not covered .. paying horrible amount of money to get a blood work done, and then the main injection I need it’s now not covered. I now have to figure out a way to find something else because this is making no sense .
