Lisa Smith: Allstate Insurance

Went into the office to try and add another vehicle to my policy. Not only did the vehicle get covered but they found ways to help me save money with different options. Not many times have I been happy to leave an insurance agent. But definitely was happy about this. Lisa and her team are awesome.

We have been with Lisa Smith for about 8+ years. I never have spoken with her. Her assistant Teresa was amazing. Every time I needed to make a change or had a question she was the one I would speak to and always quick to respond . I called last week to add a driver and a new gal called me back. Call me old fashioned but I would like some personal interaction with my Agent. We canceled our Policy, actually saving us a ton of money and I got the customer service I prefer.

I met Lisa as an Agent back in 2010 with questions on getting one car insured. She took the time to show I was important in these busy days, so we decided to sign on with her. She has done an excellent job. 10 years later I have my house, multiple cars, and other policies with her. I stopped getting quotes from other insurance companies a long time ago. Lisa and Teresa have always done the best in providing price & SERVICE! Adding Teresa as her partner a several years back was a boost to the awesome service these two provide. Always cheerful & helpful. I recently had to file my first car accident claim. Lisa and Teresa were on top of it. With phone calls and emails my claim was headache free. I cannot say enough about this 5-star team, and HIGHLY recommend them for your personal needs

Best Insurance agent in Utah, I would never change insurance or agent. I will recommend all my family members and friends to her. I recommend her to anyone that reads this. Update-As always best staff and best Allstate in Utah. I recommend everyone to check them out!. Update, still the best and won’t go anywhere else. Working with Lisa and her team has been a great experience. Madison was also extremely helpful with helping me figure out a claim and getting it filed. I've spoken with a few employees and it appears that their entire staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very valued and important to Lisa, her team, and to Allstate. I will recommend them to family and friends!
