Paul Driggs - State Farm Insurance Agent

State Farm is bad news, I would put 0 Stars but it is required to select 1, so short version my brother who was not on the policy tried to claim vehicle damage using my policy. This was not ok and I told them as much but consequently according to State Farm there system kicked me off and I was no longer insurable, when I asked them to help fix the issue I was told it was the system and nothing could be done e to fix it. STAY AWAY

I have been insured with Paul Driggs since I was able to drive almost 30 years now. Unfortunately I have had to use my insurance a few times over the years. Never my fault. I have had 3 separate hit and runs now and a broken windshield. Each dealing with Paul and staff has been exceptional. The price is fair and maybe I could get a lower price but I am not willing to risk the service and quality to save a few bucks.

Paul Driggs and his Staff are awesome. They are always willing to lend hand and help people out. I have been with Paul Driggs for over 36 years my father and Mother have with him a lot longer. he has showed compassion towards us. We all love Paul :))). Plus, as a side note I refer friends & Family everyone else... BUT AS FOR STATE FARM INSURANCE ITSELF THE COMPANY I DONT CARE FOR Tony Fenn

So far, our experience with Paul and his staff has been good. We have had home and auto insurance with them for 5+ years and they've always been helpful with policy information and changes.

Paul and his staff are without a doubt the best. 35 years with him, and we have never had an issue with any of our needs. They take care of their customers with care and kindness. They are always looking out for us and our account needs from saving money to processing claims.
