Great place. The only con is the wait time which can range from 10 - 20 minutes as they appear to be understaffed so be sure to reserve a day where you have enough time to go. As well as reserve the phone calls only for quick questions since further inquiries would count as actual sit-down services and they can only do so much over the phone. The service itself is excellent! The two young women are bilingual, knowledgeable, great at explaining and breaking down things clearly which is perfect for those with first-time car ownership. And it is affordable! Recommended.

Bad customer service. Tell you one thing on the phone and once you arrive they say they can’t help you. Waste of time. Asian man had no clue what he is doing.

Telephone costumer assistance is really bad they ask you how can they help you and as soon you tell them they said they call you back and the call never come so you call them again and they said the exact thing they told you before that happens three times and is the same girl!
