My agent Jayne Mann is very friendly and helpful with anything from questions to updating your policy! She is always there when you need anything!! I've had auto insurance through Miller-Hanover for probably 15+ years. In the past five years I feel like I'm constantly calling with requests and have always been made to feel like a valued customer. We've made multiple changes to our policy, adding and taking off vehicles, adding new drivers, new RV, bundled home insurance, etc. Joan Weaver has always helped us to find the policy that was right for our needs at an affordable cost and taken the time to explain them to us.
