I have been with State Farm for quite a few years, but when I switched From Maryland to Pennsylvania, I started working with Vince on car insurance and then I bought a home so I have that with Vince. He is wonderful to work with. He Always trying to get me a lower rate. Hi Katie, you do a fantastic job! My wife and I just met Vince today. He called us to schedule an appointment to come meet him and go over our policy. The entire time I've been driving, I've never once had this happen. It was one of the greatest things we've done. Not only did he go over the policy with us and point out things that were a good thing to think about in the future, he also found something in our policy that could have been saving us money. He could have been like the typical person to keep making the extra money for the company, but he was genuinely trying to save US money. It was a breath of fresh air. I just recently switched to State Farm and joined Mr. Cerceo’s State Farm Agency. His rep Lisa was excellent with bringing me on board. She was patient and understanding. She wasn’t pressuring or forceful. She allowed me to take the time I needed to make sure this was the right choice. She went through in detail all the nuances of insurance requirements dealing with my state and made sure they were applied to my cars. She made sure I had at minimum the equivalent insurance from my previous insurer or better. I couldn’t be happier with her service.
