It's a pleasure to work with Jeff Anderson as my All State agent! Insurance can be complicated; Jeff has a most kind way of making it understandable. That is true whether working through the routines of managing our several insurance policies or dealing with the complexities of a hail-damage claim. Could Paullette be any better to deal with??!! I've had an absolute nightmare with Farmers for 2 months and they cant seem to get their billing right. Top it off, they raised my rates big time for the new year. I haven't even chosen Jeffrey Anderson yet, but Paullette has me absolutely sold. Such professionalism and expertise in the field. I'm getting more done in 15 minutes than Farmers could get done in a day! Will update when I go through with them!
