Mike Seifer: Allstate Insurance

Have had no issues with my agent, Mike Seifer. Been very helpful. However, am having issues on a claim for water damage on my home, Had a water pipe leak 2 months ago. My home and garage are still in total disrepair. Claim was handled over the phone with no adjuster to come out and survey the water damage. Now Allstate will not approve the cost of repairs. Very disappointing. Al Buhr

We moved from Florida last year and I looked at other options for insurance called this particular agency and got Mike at first. He was fabulous couldn't believe that he answered the phone at 6:30 in the morning 9:30 our time but he was already working. He was so knowledgeable. Then when we moved here I got to know other people in the office in particular, Ron and he too has been amazing. When I have a problem I call the office and they always are available and are never too busy to help me. I thought of going with other places but nobody has this kind of customer service and even if they are cheaper which I haven't found to be the case I would pay a little more to get the kind of service I'm getting. Because of Ron and Mike I will be loyal to this agency and it definitely stands out above

The agents, Robin and Ron, are very responsive and professional. After moving out of state, they had our policies rewritten within a few hours. I would recommend working with this office for your insurance needs.
