Perry Olson - State Farm Insurance Agent

After almost 10 years and no accidents with Statefarm, even with premiums increasing by more than $50 every six months, I stayed with them. A few weeks ago, I wanted to change my mailing address, and they changed my home address. I spoke with an agent named Jessica Macias, who acted in a personal and disrespectful manner towards a client with almost 10 years of accident-free coverage. Instead of helping me, she made things difficult, until I decided to switch to another insurance company suggested by her. I don't understand how they can have someone working there who doesn't behave professionally. I believe that good clients should always be able to negotiate to reach a respectful agreement.
