6 months ago, my 6-month premium went up significantly with my then insurer, Progressive. I reached out to James from State Farm - Brittany Sud at the time, and he couldn't give me a better rate in that season but told me he'd keep my info and reach out if rates went down in the future. Fast forward another 6 months, and my Progressive premium rose AGAIN! I was dreading having to go insurance shopping, but I got a text a few days ago from James who actually kept my info and kept his promise! Best agent on the app. Waived my fees because my last agent couldn’t even be bothered to respond to basic texts like changing renters insurance location. Shes quick and knows what she’s doing. Also comes across as genuinely good person.

this is a very detail oriented agency. they spend as much time with you as neeed to be sure you understand all the options. they also answer every question you may have about any insurance product they offer. the rates on their policies are very competitive & i highly recommend giving them a call for any insurance need you may have.
