We have always experienced excellent customer service with Mike Pearce and his staff for many years for all of our insurance needs, questions and services.

Hassle and harassment are the only professional ways I have to describe how I feel that this office have mistreated my family. I transferred the bulk of my families state farm services from them several years ago. This was primarily due to the rude manners and berated demonstrated by their employes about my family members. Recently almost a week of the anniversary of my late husband's death, they contact me about an insurance issue with him that my name is not on. How can this point of contact be acceptable by State Farm privacy standard? This is what I feel is illegal and harassment at this point as they failed to do their job when I contacted them last year to explain he passed away.
