I received the fastest and best service from Robby today when my own insurance carrier failed to help me get general liability insurance for our business. Robby will be getting more calls from me in the near future to look at all of our existing policies and see what can be improved upon. I’m so glad to have been connected to this company! I was contacted by Robbie Bryant and he asked about my prior review. I told him my issues and he went over not only my home insurance but my auto also. He answered all of my questions. Said he would look into my questions and get back with me. I will keep them as my insurance agent and recommend them to my neighbors

Got my first auto insurance with them, let them know it was the first time i would be getting insurance. They applied discounts for continuous insurance to give me a good rate (unknown to me) then when i had no documents to submit to show previous insurance (like i told them) i got a higher rate and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Never answered the phone and when they did they always said they would need to call me back and never actually called back. Regardless, i stayed with them for a year. When I called them a few weeks ago to cancel my policy as of my policy end date, they said they would get it done for me. Of course, they never cancelled it and I was billed the for a renewal period.

My experience with Ms. Brandi.Rogers was professional and she is very knowledgeable in her position. She was able to provide on the spot answers to the questions I had about insurance. It is nice to know that when your doing business with Bryant & Smith your going to be dealing with a experienced live person and not a computer generated voice that only can understand certain words.
