Our mortgage company changed hands 3 times in less than 6 months. Farmers has left Florida so we needed new insurance. Well Citizens messed up and never got the insurance sent to the correct place. So we get canceled!! Horrible right? Well here's the silver lining DuBose Agency! Baily and Jennifer worked like crazy to get us insurance. Then went the extra mile to make sure it was really taken care of. Best of all they saved us over $1000!! Plus got us better insurance! This is a family business that looks out for families! I will recommend them to anyone without hesitation!!
Went in without appointment. Tom greeted us and took care of our needs right away for an insurance claim. The claims adjuster called within an hour of our visit. The adjuster made a visit to our home the next business day.
