I had a horrible experience with Allstate and the clerical staff after 15 years of committed service on my behalf. The new staff was horrible. So, in a matter of minutes I called Mike Hays State Farm office and Kim was wonderful in assisting me take care of the insurance on my vehicles and renters insurance. I highly recommend Mike Hays - State Farm Insurance- because it is TRUE - like a good neighbor State Farm IS THERE!
Keep raising rates especially on retired people on fixed incomes. They do not care about the consumers at all just making money and bleeding society.
